Chlorination of drinking water removes oxygen. Cooking and over-processing of our foods lowers their oxygen content. Unrestrained antibiotic use destroys beneficial oxygen-creating bacteria in the intestinal tract.
Looking into taking food grade hydrogen peroxide 35. From reviewing the benefits seem off the chart. Perhaps a bit too good. The concentration is so high, it must be diluted (drops to an 8 ounces of distilled water) when consumed. This stuff will not freeze, but many comment to put it in the freezer to increase the shelf-life. Others use this for cleaning, soaking vegetables, replacing your hydrogen peroxide for cuts, wounds, ECT.
What I am curious to try is ingesting it for health benefits. There are a number of benefits defined in taking food grade hydrogen peroxide. Historically, this has been used since 1920 to combat pneumonia, bacterial related mental illnesses, skin disease, and polio. Two known methods of administration are orally and intravenously.
